Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy:

1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping via reputable carriers such as USPS or UPS. We do not offer Expedited shipping at this time.

3. Shipping Costs: $5.75 flat rate.

4. Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days after dispatch. This is not a guarantee but a projection. We are not responsible for delays due to the postal service. If package is not received within 14 business days, please reach out to us by Chat on our website or via CS email pawthenticallychic@gmail.com and we will help you to resolve.

5. International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time. This is subject to change.

6. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your package's journey until it reaches its your destination.

7. Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship Internationally. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping to your location.

Returns and Refunds Policy:

1. Eligibility: We accept returns for products that are in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging within 30 days from the date of delivery.

2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at pawthenticallychic@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your communication. For faster service, please use our chat feature on our website.

3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely.

4. Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 3 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Item If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect to expedite the process.
